Paint is not really good for such things and get a small picture from google and stretch it 10x is not the best solution, you can even count the pixels here ;)
There is a program called "GIMP", it is infinite times better than Paint and also for Free, you should check it out :)
And btw. check my creation of Stalker COP, that I made with Basic GIMP skills.
