I have a relative with the condition who complains about this. :P It's because only 2-3% of epileptics are affected by lights, apparently.

This cover's professionally made. Great job. I did notice something reading through it. You made a typo in the epilepsy warning. "USIN" should be "USING".
As an extra note, I'd recommend changing the beginning of the warning too. Though most people don't care about this, it's a misconception I see everywhere.
Before:
"IF YOU HAVE A HISTORY OF EPILEPSY OR SEIZURES"
After:
"IF YOU HAVE A HISTORY OF PHOTOSENSITIVE EPILEPSY"
