I know the game isn't sold on Steam anymore, but it's a cover I need for my shelf. Can anyone help out?

Can anyone provide covers (just the dvd case size cover -- no disk label required) for ARMA 2 and ARMA 2 Operation arrowhead. Separate covers would be fantastic? Thanks so much!
