i took the back from a custom box i found and resized it so it fits, then i made the front on my own....took me 2 hours to complete it, first time doing something like this

maybe, but not an official cover scan since 5th episode is not out yet, and as much as i know they plan to publish boxed version after all 5 episodes....so maybe scan of some custom cover or re-sized smaller image
